What I am not sure about is whether or not one can have his entire paycheck sent to an off-shore account? Example: If Joe Smith is being paid 1M per year to be a CEO for company XYZ, is he able to send the entire 1M to an off-shore account, and thus have it treated as if it had been an investment from day one? I did like you last paragraph of Israel...I visited the country while serving in U.S. Navy....Our ship pulled into Hifa, Israel for a Port of Call....very good memories and fondness for Israel...They are our only and best alley in that rat infested area of the world...and it's a shame how this current administration treats their government
