Its like they don't teach 'Lysistrata' anymore. Its a market economy. If 'charm' wins girls, then men will learn 'charm'. My observation is that girls want emotional withholding. It brings 'em running every time. By the time they are women, they realize emotional withholding is BS, but by then many of them are married to the guy they had to work to get. There's also the lowest common denominator. Movies, particularly the romantic comedies where these smooth operators would appear, are not geared towards the bookish wordplay set. Its all pratfalls and sight gags and high school humor. And there's also the death of the romantic movie. Charmers like this need a romantic movie, but romances don't sell like the used to, and the focal character is not the man (usually), its the harried professional twenty- or thirty-something played by Jennifer Garner, Amy Adams, or Katherine Heigl and her male counterpart is an unpolished blue collar guy. Jennifer Garner told Ellen that Violet and Seraphina have some great ideas for baby names, like "Daisy Duck Affleck," during an interview that will air on Monday. Jennifer also shared a funny story about Violet's thoughts about thongs and revealed that husband Ben Affleck is very good at playing baby doll with his two daughters. As for baby number three?
